Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 1-3 business days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification letter with the tracking code to your order.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, US orders are usually delivered between 3-7 business days from the day you place the order, International orders are usually delivered between 7-15 business days from the day you place the order, we use the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery. Take note that during the holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.

International Shipping: The price for international shipping rates are based on your address and the weight of your order.
